Q: What does a typical day look like for you?
A: “It starts with greeting your team, making sure that their needs are all met. Then it’s checking your email, reviewing your calendar, coaching, and auditing calls to ensure we’re calibrated to meet our goal of facilitating our members’ financial security.”
Q: What’s been your most rewarding moment at USAA?
A: “My time as a facilitator with my first class… I had the opportunity to impart the wisdom, values, and mindset that I have been given here at USAA onto others.”
Q: What skill have you developed most since joining USAA?
A: “Leadership. The ability to bring a group of people together to focus in on common goals and tasks and achieve success at a high capacity.”
Q: What do you enjoy most about working at USAA?
A: “The people. Every day you get to interact with a team who are all invested in a common goal of serving our membership.”
