The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Talent Advisor II to lead he operational management of our tuition assistance and education benefits programs with a specific focus on EDAdvantage our education platform. In this role, you will ensure our education programs are delivered with excellence by providing a seamless, compliant and engaging experience for employees while maintaining strong vendor partnerships and operational oversight.

This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site 4 days per week.
Relocation assistance is available for this position.
What you'll do:
Contributes to the development and implementation of talent programs and solutions to address key business needs and strategies.
Participates in projects from strategy to implementation.
Provides research and leverages data insights to support talent deliverables.
Delivers programs for specific employee populations, such as military-affiliated talent, high potential talent, and any other key segments as well as critical skills for the future of the workforce.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree required. 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
2+ years of experience in human resources, with an emphasis on program and process development and implementation, or related experience.
Knowledge of various human resources technology solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Uses technology, AI, and/or automation to work efficiently.

Strong understanding of tuition assistance programs, education benefits platforms, and related compliance and tax considerations.
Experience managing third-party vendors, including platforms, payment processors, or educational institutions.
Operational mindset with a high-level of attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, repeatable transaction with precision.
Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $63,590 - $121,530.

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
